Vet nursing apprentice recognised with Myerscough’s latest achievement Award
Published: Friday 27 February 2026Myerscough’s latest Apprenticeship Achievement Award has been presented to Georgia Tynan.
Georgia is undertaking a Level 3 apprenticeship in veterinary nursing, with her workbased training and assessment conducted through Myerscough College.
Georgia has shown determination and positivity throughout her veterinary nursing apprenticeship, and she has faced some really challenging health issues during her training, and for many people, that would have been enough to stop or slow everything down.
Instead of giving up, she has kept turning up, attended her 1-1 support sessions and kept doing her very best even on days when things were not easy. Georgia asks for help when she needed it and has continued to progress through her apprenticeship.
Congratulations to Georgia and we wish her all the very best for the remainder of her studies and future career in the veterinary sector.
