For Employers

We offer a range of support services for employers at Myerscough College.

These include apprenticeships, skills training and other ad-hoc services to support your business. We can link you with projects which provide organisational needs analysis for your business which can explore the training needs of existing staff or new staff.  Our Business Development Officers can provide more information about apprenticeships, short course provision, and other training initiatives available.

We want to help you to:

  • Retain existing staff to build loyalty.
  • Improve the productively of your people.
  • Develop your workforce.

Our Employer Services Team can give you expert advice and guidance on apprenticeships, and the funding sources that may be available including how to set up your Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account. We can also offer a FREE assisted recruitment service for apprenticeship vacances, where we are the chosen training provider.
