UpSkilling Lancashire

Lancashire is a great place to live and to work. By constantly increasing the skills and capability of your employees this will enable your business to compete regionally, nationally and internationally. Myerscough College has partnered with six other providers to deliver a new project part-funded by the European Social Fund to support Lancashire SMEs. The UpSkilling Lancashire projects team assists businesses to identify, design, develop and implement workforce education training programmes in response to the needs of the company.

We will support employers in identifying their training and organisational needs in order to achieve future growth and strategic objectives within the business. There are many opportunities for SMEs to develop their workforce and to employ and train new employees.
